How to Use Sage integration

 
 
Please see the video or follow the steps below on how to use this integration.
  • Click on your profile in the top right hand corner
  • Go to Administration > Apps
  • Go to the Settings tab
  • Click on the Connect Sage Account button and follow the instructions in the pop-up

  • Log in to your Sage account

  • Authorise the application

  • The Sage account connection is listed in the table - you can disconnect the connection through the Disconnect button. Please note all users in your monday.com account will have access to use this Sage account in their workflows.

  • Create a new workflow and select the When a Sage invoice is created or updated trigger and Create a item action

  • The integration checks for new and updated invoices every 5 minutes so there may be lag between the invoice created in Sage and it appearing in monday.com. Please note the integration will only pull in new invoices after the workflow has been created. It will not pull in historic invoices before this time.

Multiple Sage accounts

  • To add multiple Sage accounts, please ensure you sign out of any Sage accounts that you may still be logged into in your internet browser before pressing the Connect Sage Account button in the Settings
